GSLTC desires to foster Christ-like leadership and aspires to provide hope and direction in Christian leadership by producing outstanding Christian leaders and shepherds of God’s flock who are truly loving, forgiving servant leaders with compassion in the services of the Lord. The Institute aims to prepare and mold leaders/shepherds for God’s service by teaching and provision of reliable and biblical-based knowledge and information in Christian leadership in order to increase quality and adequate skills for efficient leadership.
